Customer Support/After Sales:
The sale of equipment to you is for us only the beginning of our journey together. We run a complete after sales / customer support division. This department maintains regular contact with all our Customers and responds to any particular problems that may be encounter with our products or service, it also co-ordinates the regular or Contractual Servicing of Equipment.

Our service vans are fully equipped and they carry a complete range
of computer controlled spares. All our van's are equipped with mobile communication equipment and service engineers are always on call outside normal hours.

A full time manager controls all aspects of after sales and our computerised call management system enables breakdown calls and regular contractual servicing of equipment to be efficiently scheduled.
