I had assumed PWP, like other suppliers, would just deliver our Karcher power washers, hand us a user manual, and disappear. Instead, they took the time to walk us through the features, emphasising how to keep the machines running efficiently, and they didn’t leave until we were fully confident in operating them. Since then, their engineers have returned regularly – in fully-equipped Mobile Workshops – to keep the machines maintained. As a result, we haven’t had a single ‘down day.’ I’d recommend PWP without reservation.

It’s an enormous comfort to know we are using the ‘Mercedes’ of the power cleaning industry, provided by a company that really knows their stuff.
